We have first right of refusal with 4 hours or greater to ask other parent. One parent declines to watch and the other hires a sitter. The one parent that declines, wants to meet the sitter (who is already known with the other parent and has met the child numerous time). In addition to meeting, wants to know all the whereabouts of the child when with sitter. This also includes when child goes to grandmas. Thoughts of this?
