All frontline police officers and custody staff in Edinburgh and Lothian and Borders have been issued with body worn video, marking the halfway point for the roll out across Scotland. The devices, worn by officers on their uniforms, will help as a deterrent to those considering engaging in criminal activity and to aid any investigations and bring to justice those responsible for attacks and other offences.
